Choose the right type of switches that meets your favorite standard.
• Red: Linear with soft resistant force. Suit for lightly pressing down keys.
• Blue: Tactile and clicky with a bump feel. Suit for like typing and don't mind loud key clicks.
• Brown: Tactile and non-clicky with a bump feel. Suit for like a middle option of Black & Blue.

• "FN+B" = Entering the Bluetooth Mode
• "FN+0" = Switch L0/L1 Mode, L1 mode is for Win7, flash yellow light, L0 mode is standard mode, flash green light.
• "+" = Deploy the Bluetooth Broadcast
• "ESC" = Turn off the Bluetooth Module
• Windows 8/10: This Keyboard has built-in Bluetooth 4.0 Module, it is compatible with most Bluetooth 4.0 devices. Windows 8/10 supports Bluetooth 4.0 protocol originally. Insert the Bluetooth adapter, then system will install the driver automatically.

Q: The windows’ key is not working. What should I do?
A: Press “FN+Win”.
Q: The “?”, “Alt”, “Fn” and “Anne” keys are not working. What should I do?
A: Most likely you are in a different alignment. To check your alignment, hold down both the left and right Ctrl keys.
Q: How to change your alignment?
A: Hold both the left Ctrl key and cycle through the different alignment settings by pressing the right Ctrl key until you reach your desired alignment.
Q: My WASD has become up, down, left, right. What do I do?
A: Press Alt + Alt at the same time.
Q: When I can’t exit out of FN + B mode when I press ESC, what do I do?
A: Press FN + U to fix the issue.
Q: How do I shut down the keyboard?
A: Just need to close the light (FN + R) and close Bluetooth connectivity (FN + B and then press ‘-‘)
Q: How do I press ~?
A: Press Shift + Fn + ESC. Note: you have to press shift first.
Q: How long does my keyboard battery last?
A: It takes 4-5 hours to charge the battery to full. If the RGB lights setting at level 5, it will operate for approx. 5 hours. If RGB lights is at level 10, it will last for approx. 2 hours. If RBG is turned off, it will last for more than a month.
Q: How do I use the Bluetooth dongle?
A: We include a Bluetooth dongle with every keyboard. We recommend that if you have Bluetooth 4.0 in your computer/laptop/tablet/phone NOT to use the dongle. However, if you have Bluetooth 3.0, we recommend turning off your internal Bluetooth and to use the dongle provided. Window 7 doesn’t support Bluetooth 4.0 protocol originally, please download & install the specified driver. If Win7 computer have built-in Bluetooth module (not 4.0 version), please disable it before you install the driver.
Q: Why does the product box seem like it has been opened?
A: Before sending, every keyboard goes through quality control by one of our employees. However we guarantee that every keyboard we send is new and has never been used before.
Q: Why can’t I type when I’m connected to Bluetooth?
A: Because you need to press ESC to exit the Bluetooth interface on the keyboard before you can begin typing.
Q: If the Bluetooth is lagging, what do I do?
A: There can be a few reasons why the keyboard is lagging when connected through Bluetooth. To fix this issue, we recommend running through these steps:
Q: The lights have changed and have become unnatural in color. What do I do?
A: Press FN + B and then press simultaneously RTYU. Exit by pressing ESC to fix the problem.
Q: Keys were no responding?
A: Please plug the little hole back of the keyboard to reset it with a little pin.
Q: Why the RGB Backlit won’t light?
A: This problem may caused by layout switching, the “FN” key position is changed. Please switch to the standard layout.
Q: Is it possible to use the board in USB and BT at the same time?
A: Technically, no. The board will prioritize the USB connection over the BT, rendering any BT connected devices useless.
Q: Is it possible have the board running "permanently" on USB and will this damage the battery?
A: The battery has protective charging circuitry that will disable charging once it's reached it's capacity. If you want to feel safer, you can always disconnect the battery from the board. Disassembly guide here.
Q: When is the new FW version coming?
A: Nobody really knows, but Soon™.
Q: My LEDs aren't working/working properly, what should I do?
A: A common fix for LED issues is:
Q: My keyboard has gone all weird on me, what should I do?
A: A common reason for this is that during transportation, the layout have swapped around. Try pressing both Left CTRL+Right CTRL at the same time to cycle back to your preferred layout.
Q: How do I take the keyboard apart?
A: The Hardware/Modding section of the wiki explains how to get the board unscrewed from the case.
Q: Can I save a lighting preset directly to the board?
A: Unfortunately not. The current FW doesn't allow this and you will have to manually reset the lighting configuration if the battery runs out of you turn the board off (assuming you have the switch mod).
Q: I can't seem to get macros working properly, what gives?
A: The macros are currently broken on a firmware level. Everyone is waiting for a fix with the new FW update.
